A concrete step towards sustainability, combining innovation, efficiency and respect for the environment.
Today, our company takes an important step forward towards environmental sustainability, adopting strategic choices that combine innovation, efficiency and respect for the ecosystem. We have installed two 100 kW photovoltaic systems, capable of generating almost twice the energy we consume, thus ensuring total energy self-sufficiency and a significant reduction in CO2 emissions (326,151 kg as of 31/12/2024).
An achievement that not only protects the environment, but also brings considerable economic savings.
To further support our green commitment, we have introduced a paper and plastic press, which allows industrial waste to be given a new life and reduces the environmental impact associated with the production of new waste. Cardboard is sent for recovery at a paper mill, while plastic is entrusted to a specialised company that transforms it into new containers.
Our logistics are also moving in the direction of sustainability: we exclusively use electric vehicles for internal transport and local and provincial deliveries, including an electric van and an electric car for daily business needs.
To crown this green vision, we have also planted over 200 pine trees and created a large green area within the plant.
